General Foreman (Airfield)

The foreman directs construction activities at the project site in accordance with pre-established schedules, budgets, plans, specifications, and procedures. Responsibilities also include, but are not limited to, planning work, determining techniques to be used, and supervising, training, appraising, and apportioning work among crew personnel. All work to be performed in a safe and professional manner. Airfield construction including runway or asphalt paving experience required. Knowledge of FAA regulations required.

Project Engineer/Scheduler (Airfield)

Project Engineer interacts with QC, Safety and Superintendent to assist planning work activities per contract documents and quantifying productivity.

Environmental Manager

Responsible for overall management of environmental goals for the project and implementing procedures for environmental protection and compliance to local, state, federal and country laws. Establish and maintain effective working relationship with Project Manager, Superintendents, Quality Control Manager, Subcontractors, Suppliers and Customers.

Concrete Quality Manager Specialist

The CQC Concrete Quality Manager plans, directs and coordinates all on-site Concrete Quality Control (QC) activities to ensure compliance with applicable company, owner, and government regulations and requirements. The CQC Concrete Manager is responsible for implementing the Concrete QC Plan in its entirety and making appropriate and necessary changes to the plan throughout the project duration. Supports production personnel to ensure quality services. Develop, lead and maintain a team quality control working environment. Establish and maintain good working relationships with Government Inspectors/Contacts (CORs), QC Inspectors, Delivery Order Managers, Superintendents, Owner, Suppliers and Subcontractors.

Cyber Security Manager

The position requires an understanding of security related system controls and an understanding of the various Government security policies including NIST SP 800-53A and DoD 8570. Under general direction, performs and leads support of Certification and Accreditation (C&A) or other IA/CND Compliance and Auditing processes and inspections for all enterprise systems and networks; ensures validity and accuracy review of all associated documentation. Leads and performs compliance reviews of computer security plans, performs risk assessments, and validates and performs security test evaluations and audits. Analyzes and defines security requirements for information protection for enterprise systems and networks. Assists in the development of security policies. Analyzes the sensitivity of information and performs vulnerability and risk assessments on the basis of defined sensitivity and information flow. Professionally certified as Technical Level III as defined by DODI 8570 is a requirement.

Senior PC Systems Specialist

The PC Systems Specialist works with a larger team to ensure customers computing platforms are correctly configured and optimized for operations. Under general supervision, performs analytical, technical and administrative work in the planning, design and installation of new and existing personal computer systems. Works on moderately complex applications. Confers with end users to determine types of hardware and software required. Writes programs to fulfill requirements or selects appropriate off-the-shelf software and modifies to suit. May maintain or utilize telecommunications protocols. Installs new hardware and maintains existing hardware. Trains end users in use of equipment and software.

Senior Share Point Developer

The SharePoint Software Developer applies current graphics design and .NET technologies to develop, modify, maintain SharePoint server portals. Design, develop, and manage site content and capabilities and provide daily onsite maintenance of the existing MOSS portals. Participates in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software. Familiar with US Digital standard concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Work with project stakeholders on a daily basis. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.

The Fire Crew Chief leads a team to provide quality resource protection and fire fighting support for structural, aircraft, and other fire-related hazardous operations.

IT Security Analyst Sr.

The IT Security Analyst Senior is responsible for the daily operation, maintenance, execution and enhancement of security and compliance processes and procedures with support and direction. Provides standard solution toolset as part of tracking, handling and resolution of detected and suspected information security and compliance events. Enables improvement in response to compliance and audit requests through gap capture and automation as part of request handling and response. Takes technical and/or professional leadership role during engagements supporting operational and strategic efforts in Information Security and Information Technology organizations. Sustains and grows improvements in security and compliance processes through analysis and reporting via status reports and escalation of events.

Oversees the logistics requirements necessary to support operations of assigned program. Ensures timeliness and cost-effectiveness of incoming and outgoing shipments, items are appropriately marked or tagged for identification purposes, and inventory is accounted for and managed.
