The Water Plant Lead Mechanic performs preventive and corrective maintenance to conventional and reverse osmosis water treatment equipment. The incumbent is also responsible for maintaining and repairing all components Water Treatment Plant.
Emergency Vehicle Tech
The Emergency Vehicle Tech is responsible for maintenance, repair, and servicing of all fire vehicles and equipment. And must meet the requirements outlined in DOT CRF 49 Part 393 and 396, NFPA 1500, NFPA 1901 NFPA 1911 and NFPA-1071-16.
Systems Technician ICIDS
(Integrated Commercial Intrusion Detection Systems)
The ICIDS System Technician will provide required maintenance, repair, and upkeep of the existing ICIDS IV networks and components. The position requires familiarity with all hardware, software, network infrastructure and related system software and computer equipment for an ICIDS installation environment. The technician will maintain a system comprised of Lenel OnGuard, IR motion detectors, fingerprint scanners, badge readers, CCTV cameras and other IDS components.
Firefighter
The Firefighter is responsible for protecting lives and property from fire by performing rescue and fire fighting operations that involve fires, vehicle accidents, and natural disasters.
Firefighter/EMT
The Firefighter/ EMT is responsible for responding as a team member of the fire and emergency crew to save lives; provide first aid; preserve property, the environment, and mission functions. Additionally, responsible for mitigating hazards during fires, medical emergencies, hazmat incidents, personnel rescues, natural disasters, aircraft incidents, and other emergency events.
Iron Worker
The Iron Worker is required to work with managers and other supervisors to organize and coordinate department activities. Responsible for the installation, assembly, repair and steel erection components in accordance with blueprint plans, specifications, codes, and industry standards.
HVAC Foreman
The Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Foreman leads and participates in the installation, maintenance, modification, overhaul, service, and repair of air conditioning and refrigeration systems and equipment.
Electrical Foreman
The Electrical Foreman leads skilled Electricians in the installation, alteration, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
Small Engine Mechanic
The Small Engine Mechanic repairs and maintains small two and four-cycle gasoline or diesel engines used in lawn and gardens, golf courses or other areas. Maintains equipment inventory and equipment maintenance records.
Boat Captain (1600 ton)
The 1600 Ton Boat Captain, supervises assigned US Army vessels and crews in all matters, including training, safety, hiring and vessel maintenance.
Marine Mechanic III
The Marine Mechanic III troubleshoots and repairs marine engines, waterjets, and associated systems onboard assigned vessels.
Marine Mechanic IV
The Marine Mechanic IV operates independently to perform complex work on heavy duty engines with pistons which directly power multiple hydraulic and pneumatic systems and large multiple, interconnected engine systems, and heavy duty equipment such as marine operations watercraft, service craft, remotely operated vehicles and waterfront support equipment.

Security Officer
The Security Officer (SO) is primarily responsible for performing protective service work such as guarding government owned or leased buildings and property, protecting government equipment and material, and controlling access to government installations by employees, visitors, and residents. The SO will respond to emergencies, enforce government regulations, and conduct crowd, parking, and traffic control, inspections, and perimeter and internal access control.
