Support Assistant (Business and Non-Profit Liaison)

Performs a variety of general clerical and assistant work in support of the mission of the organization; Prepares a variety of administrative reports related to assigned duties; Searches files and records, or makes contact with individuals from within or outside the organization for required information. Incumbent performs assignments independently, informing supervisor of unusual or sensitive issues, major problems, or changes in existing policies by higher headquarters; Serves as the Commercial Solicitation Control Officer and Private Organization point-of-contact (POC) for the command and all tenant activities; Commercial Solicitation Control Officer; Reviews, interprets, and implements command policies relating to commercial solicitation programs and the Department of Defense (DoD) Home-Based Business programs in accordance with AR 210-7; Private Organization POC; Ensures that all private organizations operating on the installations are in compliance with AR 210 – 22; May make presentations, as required, at newcomer orientations; Submits information/flyers to DFMWR for website and newcomer packages.

Cybersecurity Analyst II

Ensure compliance with Army-mandated information assurance requirements and security of the Reagan Test Site (RTS) networks; Maintain network accreditation, responding to information assurance tasking’s and IA security-related incidents, and for auditing Information Assurance Vulnerability Assessments (IAVA) compliance; Incorporate a stringent security posture into all IA operations; Ensure compliance with IAVA’s and audit and report status of deployment of appropriate patches by required suspense dates; Oversee IAVA network scans and provide weekly reports; Develop, implement, and oversee the IA Security posture; Audit and report network compliance; Develop/maintain appropriate policies and guidelines that establish the IA Security policies; Review all change requests submitted to the Technical Review Board; Conduct routine network scans to verify and ensure network security is maintained; Ensure a secure network environment in accordance with DoD and Army regulations, and train users and staff in security requirements; Provide security monitoring for RTS networks; Research and prepare studies and estimates for project proposals; Provide premier customer support and ensure customer satisfaction; Prepare reports and studies as requested; Other duties as required or assigned.

Network Specialist

Assume direct responsibility for the classified and unclassified range networks; provide tier II network systems troubleshooting as required; Maintain network device configuration baselines; Schedule and verify preventive maintenance of network devices; Maintain a log and report network outage/trouble; Perform and document periodic network performance testing; Organize and maintain network documentation; Maintain standard network practices and procedures; Inventory and ensure appropriate network device spares; Prepare reports, studies, and research as requested; Provide technical assistance to other team members as needed; Provide ongoing improvements and long-term support for networks in accordance with accreditation and regulatory requirements; Perform other related duties as assigned.
