Cyber Security Manager

We have an immediate opening for an Cyber Security Manager (Information Security Specialist) to join our rapidly growing team. The position requires an understanding of security related system controls and an understanding of the various Government security policies including NIST SP 800-53A and DoD 8570. Under general direction, performs and leads support of Certification and Accreditation (C&A) or other IA/CND Compliance and Auditing processes and inspections for all enterprise systems and networks; ensures validity and accuracy review of all associated documentation. Leads and performs compliance reviews of computer security plans, performs risk assessments, and validates and performs security test evaluations and audits. Analyzes and defines security requirements for information protection for enterprise systems and networks. Assists in the development of security policies. Analyzes the sensitivity of information and performs vulnerability and risk assessments on the basis of defined sensitivity and information flow. Professionally certified as Technical Level III as defined by DODI 8570 is a requirement.

Armed Security Guard

We have an immediate opening for a Senior Network Engineer to join our rapidly growing team. The position requires an understanding of Army networks and Network Operations. Under general Under general direction, installs, configures, and supports an organization’s local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), Agency Internet Network (AIN), Intranet and Internet, and other data communications systems or a segment of a network system; maintains network hardware and software; monitors network to ensure network availability to all system users and perform necessary maintenance to support network availability; may supervise other network support and client server specialists and plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures; and will provide leadership/mentorship to junior & mid-level network engineers.

PC Maintenance Technician

We have an immediate opening for an PC Maintenance Technician to join our rapidly growing team in the Marshall Islands. The PC Maintenance Technician works with a larger team to ensure customers computing platforms are correctly configured and optimized for operations. Under direct supervision, performs general maintenance tasks, troubleshoots and repairs computer systems and peripheral equipment located throughout the organization. Maintains an adequate spare parts inventory of systems, subsystems, and component parts used in repair work. Prepares progress reports for all work performed.

Engineering Technician III

Responsible for performing preventative and corrective maintenance for the ALTAIR radar antenna electro-mechanical systems; Observe, test, and evaluate complex radar electrical systems to diagnose and repair component failures; Perform maintenance, calibration, testing and modification of the antenna systems; Provide design inputs for equipment modifications and repairs; Provide support during design and implementation of improvement and modernization (I&M) projects involving servos and antenna subsystems; Assemble, wires and bench tests components and subassemblies; Install new equipment and provides technical input about system configuration and performance; Maintain current spare parts inventory and procures parts as required; Maintain accurate and detailed records of maintenance performed; Support day-to-day operations to meet radar mission requirements; Perform occasional shift work to support operational tasking; Provide design inputs for equipment modifications and repairs; Adhere to Company safety policies, procedures and program. Digital Hardware Engineer

Provide operation & maintenance support for L-band and S-band radar hardware systems; Maintain, troubleshoot and repair various pieces of commercial amd custom hardware; Perform routine preventive maintenance procedures and runs system diagnostic software; Lead and provide support for design and implementation of improvement and modernization (I&M) projects; Install new equipment; this may include and is not limited to field installation and testing, calibration, troubleshooting and acceptance testing; Provide technical input about system configuration and performance; Interface directly with external customer. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Senior Cybersecurity System Analyst

Responsible for ensuring compliance with Army-mandated information assurance requirements and security of the Reagan Test Site (RTS) networks;Responsible for implementation, management, operation and maintenance of Cyber Security tools on the RTS networks; Responsible for maintaining network accreditation, responding to information assurance taskings and IT security-related incidents, and for ensuring IAVA compliance; Lead IT security systems projects and provide input and direction from an IT security perspective; Provide subject matter expertise in the conduct of investigations, system designs; Develop action plans, inclusive of all project aspects, from inception to conclusion.
Develop and implement comprehensive tracking and control procedures for identifying issues / areas of concern or non-compliance; Maintain a proactive stance to identify, circumvent, avoid and / or resolve issues and problems that create an adverse impact; Perform risk identification and analyses; Inform IT senior management of projects status and critical and / or outstanding issues that may affect business user / customer, or project timeframes; Recommend timely and appropriate response, solution or course of action to complex matters as appropriate within scope of responsibility; Develop and maintain policies, plans and processes that establish the IT security culture; Review change requests submitted to the IT Change Control Board; Review network scans to verify and ensure network security is maintained; Ensure systems are configured securely according to the Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs); Test for compatibility and plan the integration of new elements to the network to include LAN/WAN components, software and hardware; Maintain and operate security monitoring auditing tools, such as HBSS/EPO, Tenable Security Center/ACAS/SCAP, LCE, QRadar, SPLUNK; Research and prepare studies and estimates for project proposals. Responsible for operating, maintaining, and upgrading the land and sea based missile flight safety systems located in the tropical Marshall Islands; he variety of systems includes RF, electronics, high power transmitters, antennas and pedestals, software, networks, processing and display computers, telemetry, communications, and facilities; Work with high power transmitters and other RF equipment, antennas, pedestals, electronics, test equipment, computers, and a variety of other technical equipment.
Maintain, operate, improve, and document the systems primarily on the islands of Kwajalein and Roi-Namur, and may also support the systems on a ship as well; Periodically perform activities on towers and elevated structures using the proper PPE; Provide our customers support by contributing to preparation, planning, and/or mission execution; Lead and/or participate in troubleshooting efforts, fault detection, fault isolation, reporting, repair, testing, and documentation; Contribute to overseeing other tasks related to property, calibration, secure room, COMSEC, and other duties related to supporting the team and mission; Perform technical requirements analysis and capture; Perform RF link analysis, field strength calculations; Document data and signal flow across the systems; Provide support for RF Safety to include surveys, RF analysis, and incident investigation.

Support the Reagan Test Site (RTS) Operations Center as a Linux Systems Administrator on Kwajalein, RMI; Work with a team supporting mission initiatives in a secure, isolated computing environment; Work with peers, internal customers, and management to create a highly available, resilient, and standardized IT infrastructure; Install, maintain, and support multiple Linux-based servers on physical and virtual platforms in support of RTS initiatives; Troubleshoot issues that arise as well as look for issues proactively; Maintain a secure computing environment, including adherence to a backup schedule, patching of all systems, and applying applicable STIG settings; Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule; Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, and within the wider RGNext business units; Maintain hardware lifecycle by deploying replacement systems in a timely fashion; Perform root cause analysis and resolution for hardware and software issues.
