Estimator II

Responsible for supporting proposal development activities. Possess the technical knowledge to help create and review basis of estimate packages and transcribe that data into the estimate template. Ensures that all estimates are compliant with internal and external requirements with minimal oversight. Produce proposal narratives and help facilitate the proposal effort. Maintains the integrity of the Estimating system and all required documents, ensuring proper retention of files in accordance with company policy. Moderate understanding of indirect rates and disclosure statements and can accurately apply appropriate rates as required.

Firefighter

Under the supervision of the Fire Chief, the Firefighter responds to multiple-types of emergencies operating as a firefighter. Maintains vehicles, equipment, tools, and protective clothing in a serviceable condition. Extinguish fires and takes precautions to prevent fire rekindling. Operates pumps, foam generators, turrets, nozzles, and other firefighting tools and equipment. Exercises caution to avoid personal injury and property damage and comply with strict health and safety standards. At the site of a fire protects and preserves evidence indicating the cause of the fire. Properly wears personal protective clothing. Conducts and take part in frequent reoccurring proficiency training, OJT and maintains required certifications. Additionally, this position may involve staffing the Fire Alarm Communications Center (FACC) and receiving calls for emergency assistance, monitoring fire alarm systems and emergency reporting phones Performs other duties as assigned.

MWR Technician-Lifeguard

Lifeguards primarily remain alert and ensure the safety of swimming pool occupants while they are in and out of the swimming pool. Lifeguards assist the Pool Supervisor with cleaning and hygiene of the swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and immediate surrounding areas. This position generally ensures swimming pool and jacuzzi remain clean and that the patrons remain safe; while they promote a friendly atmosphere, by assisting patrons with their questions/equipment needs. Lifeguards are responsible for maintaining the highest possible standard of service.

Service Desk Tech (IT)

Under the supervision of the Service Desk, Lead the Service Desk Tech will assist with the operations of a walk-in and call-in Information Technology (IT) Work Order Reception Desk. This position reports to the Service Support Lead and ensures data is captured correctly on IT service work order requests and preventative maintenance inspection forms for upload into the Computer Maintenance Management System.

MWR Manager

Under supervision of the Community Services, Sr. Director, responsible for overall management of the MWR program. Manages duties in support of the LOGCAP V’s mission. The function of these facilities is a well-rounded fitness, sports, and recreational program designed to enhance the morale and physical welfare of base personnel. Manages the planning, organizing, and directing of comprehensive public and voluntary recreation programs at the LOGCAP V’s Fitness Center.

Information Technology Manager

Supervise and assist 2 to 3 personnel with all of the requirements listed below. Provide professional laptop/desktop/server/software support, Audio Visual support and customer service to the Kwajalein Educational Enclave. Work involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues for Windows, Microsoft Office and other supporting software.

Contract Administrator Sr

Looking for a dynamic individual to support managing moderately complex contracts. Will be responsible for responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), negotiating change orders, reviewing and submitting contract deliverables, guiding customer change requests, and overseeing all contract administration tasks associated with assigned contract(s). Provides knowledge to the team in government regulations and is the initial and primary point of contact for all contractual communications with the customer, e.g. government agencies, DCMA, DCAA and commercial entities for assigned programs. Under the direction of their supervisor, ensures contracts are in compliance with contract requirements, corporate policies and directives, legal decisions and opinions, and all FAR and agency specific guidelines. Identifies and resolves complex issues by exercising sound reasoning skills, knowledge of contracts, and ethical judgment within broadly defined practices and policies. Must have exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, along with strong MS Office skills.

Food Services Supervisor

Under the supervision of the DFAC Manager, the Food Services Supervisor functions as senior food services representative at the assigned DFAC. Displays strong leadership, communication and organizational skills in a diverse supervisory capacity. Motivates self and others in physically challenging and atypical work environment. Agrees with and adheres to the Standard Operating Procedures and tasking responsibilities of the food services section. Monitors daily food service operations regarding policy, personnel and production. Monitors overall quality, preparation, production and presentation of food on all shifts for all dining locations, functions and special events. Documents and communicates daily operational and personnel information to the DFAC Manager. In coordination with the DFAC Manager, Initiates and/or approves significant menu changes. Coordinates menu planning and adjustments; ordering and receiving of food. Monitors availability of ingredients; make adjustments when necessary. Coordinates placement of weekly food order among Chefs, and Sous Chefs. Orders fresh produce as needed. Conducts weekly menu planning meetings with Chefs. Monitors compliance with safety and sanitation standards within the kitchen, serving area and dining area, in conjunction with the chef and lead service attendants. Monitors adherence to proper labeling and dating of food; adherence to recipes and proper cooking techniques. Develops personnel deployment, redeployment and weekly work schedules. Communicates and coordinates with Chefs daily for timely and efficient utilization of leftovers, production information and fresh produce. Assists in resolving disputes and counsel employees on issues that shift leaders are unable to resolve
