Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist

The Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist is responsible for the administration of anesthetics to patients undergoing surgical procedures (both medical and dental), accurately measuring and monitoring anesthesia is administration while monitoring patient vital signs to ensure safety. In addition, the CRNA may be required to perform additional tasks during the surgical procedure including, stabilization and evacuation as well as managing the day to day utilization of the Quality/Risk Management team.

Ultrasound Tech

Performs clinical assessment and diagnostic sonography examinations; Uses cognitive sonographic skills to identify, record and adapt procedures as appropriate to anatomical, pathological, diagnostic information and images; Uses independent judgment during the sonographic exam to accurately differentiate between normal and pathologic findings; Analyses; sonograms, synthesize sonographic information, medical history, and communicates findings to the appropriate physician; Coordinates work schedule with Imaging Supervisor and/or scheduling desk to assure workload coverage; Assumes responsibility for the safety, mental and physical comfort of patients while they are in the sonographer’s care; Assists with the daily operations of the sonographic laboratory

VET TECH

The Veterinary Technician is responsible for assisting in the care of animals and providing veterinary services, such as animal wellness exams, vaccinations, health screenings, health certificates, minor surgical procedures, treatment and other authorized procedures.

Occupational Health Nurse

The Registered Occupational Health Nurse will be responsible for employment-related health screenings.

Surgeon

The Surgeon is responsible for preoperative diagnosis, performing operations, and providing the patient with postsurgical care and treatment.

Engineering Technician II

Provide operations and maintenance support for a C-Band and Ka-Band radar system; Provide transmitter operations support including but not limited to daily warm-ups, satellite tracks, SOI tasking and range test operations; Perform necessary diagnostics and repair of radar equipment; Maintain maintenance schedules, spare parts, and equipment inventory; Support day-to-day operations with the Radar Operations Director to meet 24×7 radar mission requirements; Perform shift work to support operational tasking; Perform other related duties as assigned

Electrician IV

Install and maintain all types of electrical equipment at the range facilities, including but not limited, to specialized control systems, motor generators, servo systems, digital encoders, uninterruptable power supply (UPS) systems, electrical distribution panels, transformers, and large switching equipment connected to high voltage feeders from an on-island power generating stations; Troubleshoot electrical circuits (120vac single phase) in an office setting, as well as, industrial site providing power to areas and equipment (208-460vac 3 phase power); Performs installation, removal and repair of electrical equipment, such as switchgear, transformers, starters, controllers, capacitors, and production equipment power and control systems, such as PLC; Install conduit and wiring; and performs basic modifications to existing facility electrical systems; Inspect, test, and diagnose issues with electrical systems and components; Test electrical systems and components to ensure proper functioning; Inspects buildings, grounds and equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning conditions; Participate in 24/7 on-call schedule, responding to outages and other events; May be required to perform other related duties as assigned.

Radar Calibration Engineer

Provide calibrations and operations & maintenance support for ALCOR (C-band) and MMW (Ka-band) radar systems; Oversee design, development, installation and testing of radar hardware and software modifications and upgrades; Measure and analyze radar system performance; Perform real time operations at the radar console; Perform and analyze any calibration or system test at both ALCOR and MMW radars; Review all calibrations for errors, system anomalies, and long-term trends; Update calibrations documentation, including instructions and calibrations histories; Train personnel to qualify them as mission calibrations engineers or to perform routine calibrations; Assist in diagnostic efforts related to problems uncovered by system tests; Provide recommendations for calibration improvements and modifications; Perform other related duties as assigned.

Transmitter Engineer Senior Principal

Maintain, repair and improve UHF and VHF Transmitters as required to meet mission requirements; Direct activities of Field Engineers and Technicians with frequent “hands on’ troubleshooting; Respond to downtime events of the transmitter; Work with all engineering disciplines and management to meet mission requirements.

Communications Technician III

Process messages and alerts from AMHS, NIPRNet, SIPRNet and AUTODIN; Observe and maintain circuit status and originate troubleshooting of circuits as required.
Operate secure facsimile and secure phones; Abide by all applicable security regulations at all times; Participate in and provide training to advance skill level and knowledge base of subordinates and co-workers alike; Participate in cross training of other Communication Technician duties related to Tech Control functions in order to backfill during periods of staffing shortages; Performs other duties as assigned; Performs some supervisory duties including but not limited to managing personnel that perform day to day operations.

Receiver Engineer Senior

Provide operation & maintenance support for L-band and S-band radar hardware systems, specifically in the receiver chain; Maintain, troubleshoot and repair various pieces of commercial and custom hardware; Perform routine preventive maintenance procedures and runs system diagnostic software; Provide support for design and implementation of improvement and modernization (I&M) projects; Analyze receiver systems and integrate into radar operations to support documentation for determining systems performance and stability; Install new equipment; this may include and is not limited to field installation and testing, calibration, troubleshooting and acceptance testing; Provide technical input about system configuration and performance; Interface directly with external customers; Perform other related duties as assigned.

Calibration Technician Senior

Use measurement standards in conjunction with U.S. Army, Air Force, Navy, manufacturers, and local calibration procedures; Perform tests, calibrations, verifications, and limited repairs of general purpose TMDE following standard metrology and USATA guidelines; Maintain current knowledge and skills pertaining to methods of calibration and standards; Assist with training of laboratory personnel and TMDE coordinators; Conduct quality assurance audits, intermediate checks and end item inspections in accordance with U.S. Army guidance; Use Army ICE, Fluke MetCal, and Northrop Grumman SureCAL automated programs to verify TMDE; Use computer software to perform parts research, prepare required calibration and correction charts, and submit changes to calibration procedures; Perform production control procedures as needed or assigned; Perform all other duties as assigned.

Hardware Engineer

Responsible for operating, maintaining, and upgrading the land and sea based missile flight safety systems located in the tropical Marshall Islands. The variety of systems includes RF, electronics, high power transmitters, antennas and pedestals, software, networks, processing and display computers, telemetry, communications, and facilities; Work with high power transmitters and other RF equipment, antennas, pedestals, electronics, test equipment, computers, and a variety of other technical equipment; Maintain, operate, improve, and document the systems primarily on the islands of Kwajalein and Roi-Namur, and may also support the systems on a ship as well; Periodically perform activities on towers and elevated structures using the proper PPE; Provide our customers support by contributing to preparation, planning, and/or mission execution; Lead and/or participate in troubleshooting efforts, fault detection, fault isolation, reporting, repair, testing, and documentation; Contribute to overseeing other tasks related to property, calibration, secure room, COMSEC, and other duties related to supporting the team and mission; Perform technical requirements analysis and capture; Perform RF link analysis, field strength calculations
Document data and signal flow across the systems; Provide support for RF Safety to include surveys, RF analysis, and incident investigation.

Speech Pathologist

The Speech Pathologist is responsible for providing reduction, remediation, or elimination of speech and language impairments which interfere with the individual student’s ability to benefit the school’s instructional program.

The Estimator Senior estimates labor, equipment, subcontract, ODC and material costs of construction and engineering-based projects on request for proposal (RFP) data submitted by prospective customers. May supervise a small group of less experienced Estimators.
