Radar Manager

Manages and leads a team of ~110 engineers and technicians to perform operations and maintenance of the Reagan Test Site’s (RTS) Radar Systems and Technical Facilities departments IAW PWS requirements; Establishes goals/performance objectives to ensure operational availability meets or exceeds PWS requirements; Conceptualize, plan and support the execution of projects/processes to increase operational efficiencies; Support all aspects of engineering efforts to support sustainment of all mission systems; Develop, integrate, test, deploy and oversee execution of engineering processes and procedures; Follows DoD, Industry and Company standards and change management processes; Provide leadership and guidance in engineering project prioritization and technology road map
Interface with Government Contracting Officer Representatives and Scientific Technical Advisors; Support Basis of Estimates (BOE) and Rough Order Magnitude (ROM) estimates for new sustainment projects and supports proposal efforts on new projects; Oversee training of staff and implements cross-training of all critical positions to ensure 100% mission success; Monitors system metrics to ensure MTBF and MTTR result in minimal to no impact on mission operations; Support the RF Safety policies, evaluations, procedures and radiation monitoring program for RTS radars; Manage budget in excess of $5M

Systems Engineer Principal

Act as the Lead for customer site visits to Kwajalein assisting in developing customer interfaces, requirements and locations; Single point interface for mission planning on local launch programs permanently located at Kwajalein; Perform analysis of documented user requirements and direct/assist in the design of test plans in support of complex missile flight tests; Review user requirements documentation, designs and documents mission test plans, transforms test plans into mission planning documentation; Serve on console to support real-time flight test execution as instrumentation controller or analytical position; May serve as Mission Test Director for specific Range tests.

Physician General

The Physician will utilize expertise to mitigate and treat injuries and illnesses to ensure proper injury care and disease diagnosis, treatment and recovery, request necessary tests and follow-up visits and refer patients to specialists as necessary. Will coordinate medical referrals, coordinate admission, monitor and arrange final disposition. In addition, will require stabilization of patient and coordination of evacuation of patient to medevac center or CONUS. We are looking for candidates with a commitment to a proactive approach to workplace safety while taking a diplomatic and professional approach to customer interactions.

The Fire Systems Manager is responsible for managing all fire systems. Manages the inspection, maintenance and preventive maintenance programs. Manages and enforces technical orders and good commercial practices for fire alarm systems, water-based systems and special hazard systems throughout the base.
